Ali Nezarati is an incoming Ph.D. student. He received his B.S. in Electronics Engineering and M.S. in Communication Engineering. His research interests include CMOS design and wireless powering.
Sultan Mahmud is a Ph.D. student who joined in the Summer of 2023. He received his B.S. in Electronical and Electronic Engineering from Bangladesh. His research interests include coil/antenna design for WPT and telemetry. Sultan has already made significant contributions to his field, having published multiple journal papers.
Han Wu is a Ph.D. student who joined in the fall of 2023. He received his B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering in ZJU, China. His research interests include low-power ultra-small ASIC design for implantable devices. 
Yufei Cai is an incoming Ph.D. student. His research interests include low-power ultra-small ASIC design for implantable devices.
Yifan Wen is a second-year Master ECE student. His current research involves designing low-power ultra-small neural recording ICs.
Jiajin Huang is a second-year Master ECE student. His current research involves designing low-power ultra-small neural recording ICs.
Shiva Yeshala is a second-year Master student in Chemical Engineering Department. His current research involves the packaging and microfabrication of tiny implants.
Ezequiel Bautista is a second-year UG biomedical engineering student. His current research involves exploring novel materials to safely interface neurons.
Cassandra Acebal is a third-year UG biomedical engineering student. Her current research involves validating neural implants in rodents.



Brian Seol is a third-year UG biomedical engineering student. His current research involves packaging and electrode fabrication using ink-jet printing.
Gurleen Kainth is a third-year pre-med UG student majoring in behavioral and cognitive neuroscience. Her current research involves validating neural implants in rodents.
Agneta Peethala is a third-year UG student studying chemistry. Her current research involves designing and characterizing novel electrodes.
Florencia Romanelli is a second-year UG biomedical engineering student. Her current research involves monitoring heat dissipated by brain implants.
